1. Hunan ZLCONN ATM series cutting slot raise boring machines are mainly used for cutting well construction for underground mining of ore blocks. They are used in mining processes such as “VCR segmented caving method” and “medium-deep hole blasting and one-time well formation”, and have the advantages of safety, high efficiency, low strength, and good well formation quality.
2. Self-lubricating maintenance-free hydraulic crawler chassis. In addition to self-lubricating and maintenance-free, it also has excellent ground adhesion characteristics and hydraulic wet brake mechanism. Combined with the hydraulic control system, it can realize three-speed shifting, turning in place and other functions. The large-displacement imported closed pump drives the travel motor, which is particularly suitable for long-distance slope high-load walking in the mine, and the transfer is flexible, fast and reliable.
3. Diesel-electric combined with dual-power hydraulic system. The motor drives all the construction functions, and the fuel power drives the walking function.
4. Both the motor drive and the fuel drive adopt a closed constant power variable system, and realize PLC program control through electro-hydraulic proportional control and load sensitive feedback.
5. Automatic compensation function of top support pressure. The automatic compensation function of top support pressure is a strong guarantee to ensure the stable operation of the drilling rig under the construction load. It can avoid the concrete pouring foundation, and realize the rapid transfer of the machine when it is in place and the machine after completion. It is convenient and fast, saving a lot of foundation pouring and installation and disassembly time.
6. The main action of rotation/propulsion and all auxiliary actions are driven by wireless remote control and handle dual mode, which can be switched freely, backed up by each other, and have high reliability.
7. The diesel engine start and throttle adjustment are controlled by CAN bus and hand throttle dual mode;
8. Intelligent anti-stuck pressure protection. The system automatically monitors the rotary oil pressure PZ and propulsion oil pressure PT in real time through the program, and judges after real-time processing of the collected data. When it approaches the set pressure, it implements alarm and protection.
9. Unloading rod locking protection. The forward/reverse action of the loading and unloading rod operation is interlocked to prevent the drill rod from falling due to accidental operation during the loading and unloading process.
10. The main rotation/advancement action and various auxiliary actions can be adjusted and set on site by the operator according to the construction situation, site requirements and operating experience.
11. The folding arm crane has the dual control function of the main remote control + independent remote control, and is equipped with an over-limit protection function.
12. All operating actions are driven by wireless remote control and handle dual modes, which can be switched freely, backed up by each other, and have high reliability.
13. The data of the remote control display screen and the color control display integrated screen can realize synchronous setting, synchronous display, and synchronous warning functions, which is convenient for multiple points to observe and adjust the construction dynamics at any time.

The MT-RCS intelligent control system adopts human-machine separation remote control operation and modular integrated design, with mode setting, automatic operation, fault warning, pressure limit protection, overload protection, temperature alarm, liquid level reminder, safety protection, fault diagnosis, data storage, remote communication and data display.
